OGameX Daily Utilities
The Settings subtab groups three smaller routines: online bonus collection, server promotion, and buying the available Import/Export item. Each has its own checkbox, so they can run independently of the seven main sidebar features.
Overview
Daily utilities reduce repeated account checks, but they still use resources, timing, and current game availability. Review each checkbox instead of leaving all defaults unchanged. A utility that is not useful for your account should remain disabled.
These routines follow the main bot status and pause schedule. They do not justify longer automated sessions. Keep total automated activity below 14 hours per day and maintain real downtime. Timing and pauses cannot guarantee account safety.
Online Bonus Collection
Automatically collect online bonus periodically checks whether the reward is available. When it is available, the routine claims it. When it is not available, it waits before checking again.
This utility has no payment or source setting. Enable it only if you want the bot to claim the reward during normal active periods. If a reward remains unclaimed, confirm that the bot is running, the checkbox is active, and the account is not currently paused.
Online bonus checks should not be confused with a promise of continuous online activity. Your pause schedule remains more important than collecting every possible reward.
Server Promotion
Automatically promote server attempts every currently available promotion provider. After the providers are handled, the routine waits for their cooldown plus additional timing variation before trying again.
When a future attempt is scheduled, the Settings card displays a countdown. Check now clears that displayed wait so the routine can reconsider promotion. It does not bypass a provider cooldown or guarantee that a provider is available.
Use the displayed next-promotion time to distinguish a normal wait from a problem. Repeatedly pressing Check now is unnecessary when the game still reports a cooldown.
Import/Export Item Purchase
Automatically buy Import/Export item refers to the in-game trader offer, not the configuration-file import and export buttons elsewhere in Settings. It buys the currently available item with your selected resource.
Choose Metal, Crystal, or Deuterium under Pay with. The routine looks for the richest detected planet that can afford the item with that resource. It does not require a fixed source planet.
Before enabling it:
- Decide which resource you are comfortable spending.
- Keep enough of that resource for near-term building, research, fuel, or Bank plans.
- Check that at least one planet can afford the current item.
- Review the next Import/Export countdown after a purchase or unavailable offer.
The card’s Check now action asks the routine to reconsider the offer when it is safe to do so. It does not force an unaffordable purchase and does not create a new offer.
Interaction with Other Modules
Auto Build, Auto Research, Bank, Auction, and Import/Export can all consume resources. Avoid enabling aggressive spending in several modules at once. If a planned upgrade repeatedly waits for resources, check whether Auction maximums or Import/Export purchases are using the same resource.
Bank can supply building and research requirements, but it is not intended to replace spending limits. Set conservative Auction caps and choose an Import/Export payment resource that does not undermine your Bank reserves or fleet fuel.
Universe discovery helps the extension identify planets available to account routines. If Import/Export cannot find an affordable planet despite visible resources, allow celestial discovery to refresh and review the selected payment resource.
Recommended Setup
- Configure bot settings and timing and pauses first.
- Enable online bonus and observe one collection cycle.
- Enable server promotion and verify the next-promotion countdown.
- Review current resources before enabling Import/Export purchase.
- Choose the least disruptive payment resource.
- Watch the first purchase and confirm which planet paid.
- Review Auto Build, Auto Research, Bank, and Auction resource use.
- Disable any utility that does not support your current account plan.
Troubleshooting
- The online bonus is not collected: confirm the reward is available, the checkbox is enabled, the bot is running, and no pause is active.
- Promotion shows a long wait: providers may be on cooldown; use the displayed countdown rather than repeatedly forcing checks.
- Import/Export does not buy: verify the selected resource and whether any discovered planet can afford the current offer.
- The wrong resource is spent: stop the bot and change Pay with before the next check.
- Configuration import/export is confusing: configuration files are covered separately in Configuration Tools; they do not buy trader items.
FAQ
Are all daily utilities controlled by one toggle?
No. Online bonus, server promotion, and Import/Export purchase each have an independent checkbox in Settings.
Which planet buys the Import/Export item?
The routine selects the richest detected planet that can afford the offer with the resource you chose.
Does Check now ignore cooldowns?
No. It resets the extension’s displayed wait, but current availability and game cooldowns still apply.
Can these utilities run while the bot is paused?
No. They wait for normal active operation and should not reduce the account’s planned downtime.
Is the Import/Export trader the same as configuration export?
No. One buys an in-game item; the other saves or restores the extension’s reusable settings as a file.
