Refund Policy

This policy explains how Helper Bot handles license refunds, duplicate payments, failed activation issues, and payment-support review.

1. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support at gladiatushelperbot@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, payment provider, and the reason for the request.

2. Duplicate Or Accidental Payments

If you made a duplicate payment or purchased the wrong game license by mistake, contact support as soon as possible so the transaction and license status can be checked.

3. Technical Issues

If the extension or license activation does not work as expected, support may first ask for details needed to troubleshoot the issue, such as browser, game, account email, extension version, and screenshots.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests with insufficient payment or account information.
  • Licenses that were used for an extended period before the request.
  • Issues caused by unsupported browsers, modified extensions, or account conditions outside Helper Bot control.
