Guide
Ikariam Cities Automation Guide
The Cities feature groups recurring city and account routines that do not need a full standalone module. Turn on the Cities master toggle, then enable only the checkbox beside each routine you want the bot to run.
Most rows have their own city selector and schedule. The bot changes to that configured city before a city-scoped request, so you do not need to keep that city open manually.
Overview Tasks
The Overview subtab contains Daily Login, Daily Gifts, Miracle, Research, and Cinema.
Daily Login
Daily Login collects Ikariam’s repeating Daily Activity Bonus and sends it to the selected city. It follows the date and midnight shown by Ikariam’s server clock, not the browser’s UTC date. After a successful claim, the next check is scheduled just after the next server day begins.
Choose the city that should receive the reward. If the game has not made a new bonus available, the task waits rather than repeatedly submitting the form.
Daily Gifts
Daily Gifts handles the separate new-account registration gift sequence. It is not the same reward as Daily Login. After the available registration gift is accepted, the granular setting can disable itself because the sequence is finite.
Miracle
Choose a city containing the Temple associated with the miracle you want to activate. Repeat when done keeps the routine eligible for later activations. Without a suitable Temple or an available activation, the task skips the request and checks again later.
Research
Select a city with an Academy and choose Economy, Science, Military, Seafaring, or Mythology. The selected branch is used when the game exposes an eligible research action. Missing Academy data or an unavailable research prevents the request.
Cinema
Cinema can assign different reward types to different cities:
- wood;
- trade good;
- favour; and
- Ambrosia.
Enable only the rewards you want and select a destination city for each one. The task reads the game’s reward availability and waits for the next server-provided opening when nothing is ready. It also switches into a compatible city view before loading and completing the video flow.
City Settings
City Settings contains Shrine, Island Donation, and Production. Each city can have a different configuration.
Shrine
Choose a city and one or more acceptable gods. The task requires an eligible Shrine and enough favour for activation. If several gods are selected, the task uses an available supported choice rather than activating an unrelated god.
Island Donation
Donation settings are stored per city. For each enabled city, choose:
- the sawmill, luxury resource, or both;
- the total amount to donate; and
- how often the configuration should run.
Donations spend real resources. Start with a small total, confirm the target island resource, and avoid overlapping settings that consume stock reserved for buildings or military production.
Production
Production settings are also stored per city. Enable wood, luxury production, or both; choose the worker percentage; and optionally use overcharge. A luxury-production request is skipped when the selected city does not expose the appropriate island resource slider.
Scheduling and Next Check
Every recurring row maintains its own schedule. A visible Next check notice means that routine is waiting for its next eligibility check. Dismissing the notice clears that routine’s schedule, but it does not bypass buildings, resources, favour, cooldowns, or other server requirements.
Recommended Setup
- Enable the Cities master toggle.
- Turn on one routine and select its city.
- Confirm the result in Ikariam and the extension log.
- Add other city routines one at a time.
- Keep donation, production, and Cinema destinations consistent with your resource plan.
For building queues and automatic construction supplies, continue with Auto Build. For transfers between existing cities, see Resources. Pirate Fortress automation now has its own Piracy guide.
FAQ
Are Daily Login and Daily Gifts the same reward?
No. Daily Login collects the repeating Daily Activity Bonus. Daily Gifts handles the separate, finite registration gift sequence available to newer accounts.
Must I leave the selected city open?
No. Current city-scoped routines switch to their configured eligible city before making the request. The city still needs the required building or game state.
Why did a city task skip its action?
Check both toggles, the selected city, the Next check timer, required buildings, resources, favour, and the task log. A due schedule only permits another eligibility check; it does not guarantee the game will accept an action.
