Scheduled Pause Windows

Automatically pauses the bot during user-defined time windows with optional random start and end minutes.

Overview

Pause windows stop automation during specific hours each day. Random offsets help avoid predictable patterns, and each window can be enabled, disabled, edited, or deleted without changing the rest of your configuration.

How It Works

Create one or more daily time blocks. The bot pauses during the selected time range and resumes when the window ends. Optional random minutes are added to the start and end times.

The extension also shows active dynamic pauses when another module creates a temporary pause window. These can be removed from the Pauses tab if they are no longer needed.

Settings

• Pause Window (From/To): Defines the daily time range when the bot should pause.
• Random Start Minutes: Adds a random offset to the pause start time each day.
• Random End Minutes: Adds a random offset to the pause end time each day.
• Active Toggle: Enables or disables a specific pause window without deleting it.
• Edit: Opens the pause window again so you can change the time range or random offsets.
• Delete: Removes a scheduled or dynamic pause.
• Dynamic Pauses: Temporary active pauses created by automation modules.

Best Practices

• Add at least one longer pause window that matches your normal offline time.
• Use small random offsets to avoid starting and ending at exact times.
• Disable unused windows instead of deleting them so you can reuse later.
• Review dynamic pauses if the bot appears paused outside your normal schedule.
