Helper Bot extension updates

Gladiatus Helper Bot

- Package Auto Sell and Item Rotation now check only item types selected in their rules.
- Item Rotation has a configurable batch size for Guild Market placement and return.
OGame Helper Bot
Public store version checked: 1.2.4. View current store listing.
- Automatic login was updated in version 1.2.4. The bundled release note does not specify which sign-in steps changed.
OGameX Helper Bot
Public store version checked: 1.2.2. View current store listing.
- Expeditions now read the game's available ships and shortest allowed duration before sending, improving reliability without adding extra page requests.
Ikariam Helper Bot

- A manual Barbarian attack rule can repeat through a level you choose, waiting for each attack to finish before continuing.
- Combat waves now reserve the total troops and ships needed. Later waves remain pending while the first wave is confirmed.
